Emotional Turmoil: BTS Enlists as South Korea Edges Closer to War

Hello, ARMY! I'm sure you've heard the news by now: BTS members are enlisting in the military one by one. It's a sad and difficult time for us, but we have to respect their decision and support them as much as we can. As you may know, South Korea requires all able-bodied men to serve in the military for 18 to 21 months before they turn 30. BTS members are no exception, even though they have contributed so much to the country's culture and economy. They have decided to fulfill their duty as citizens and role models. The first member to enlist was Jin, who reported for duty in December 2022, after releasing his solo album. He was followed by J-Hope, who entered the boot camp in April 2023, with a heartfelt message to the fans. The other members will join them one by one in the coming years, according to their individual plans. We will miss them terribly, but we have to remember that this is not goodbye. They will come back stronger and better than ever, and we will be h

Wait for Me at Home

A Puppy Watching His Owner Leave the House, Saying "Wait for Me at Home" As dog owners, we all know that feeling of guilt and heartbreak when we have to leave our furry friends at home. That look in their eyes as they watch us walk out the door is enough to make even the toughest of us shed a tear. But what about when it's the other way around? What about when we're the ones leaving, and it's our puppy watching us go? It's a heart-wrenching feeling, but there are ways to make it easier on both you and your pup. Creating a Routine for Your Puppy Dogs thrive on routine, so it's important to establish a daily routine for your puppy. This will help them feel more secure and less anxious when you have to leave them at home. A good routine should include a set time for feeding, walking, and playtime. Stick to the routine as much as possible, even on weekends and days off. This will help your puppy know what to expect and reduce their stress levels. Providing Y

Why Do Celebrities Look Overweight on TV? Exploring the Camera's Role in Perception

Introduction: In this blog post, we'll explore why celebrities appear to be overweight on TV compared to their real-life appearances. There are often comments that when people see celebrities in person, they appear to be very thin and have small faces, but on TV, they look much heavier. So why is this the case? 35mm vs 105mm lens Understanding Camera Focal Length and Angle of View: The focal length of a camera lens determines its angle of view. A lens with a shorter focal length has a wider angle of view, while a longer focal length lens has a narrower angle of view. A wide angle of view allows a camera to capture a wider scene in a single frame and creates a stronger sense of perspective. A narrow angle of view, on the other hand, can capture faraway objects up close and creates a weaker sense of perspective. Why Celebrities Appear Overweight on Screen: When a camera with a short focal length is used to film, there is a strong sense of perspective, which can make the subject's

Amateur Product Photography: Tips and Results

How I Created Pseudo Close-up Product Photos with My Nikon Z5 and 24-200mm Lens I suddenly wanted a Z 105 MC lens. However, my photography skills are not yet at the level where I can utilize all the features of a high-end lens and micro lens, so I decided to settle for playing around with the 24-200 lens to combat shortcuts. The 24-200mm lens has a shortest shooting distance of 0.5m at 24mm and 0.7m when zoomed to 200m. Obviously, it's not a short distance, so it's difficult to take a photo by holding the lens incredibly close to the subject as the dictionary definition of close-up, but if you zoom in and hold the object large, you can take a large photo at a relatively close distance, so it's not a full-fledged close-up, but it's a pseudo(?) close-up.

Understanding Focal Length: A Guide to Wide-Angle and Telephoto Lenses

When it comes to photography, the lens is one of the most important tools in a photographer's kit. Understanding the various characteristics of lenses, such as focal length, is crucial to creating stunning images. The focal length of a lens is measured in millimeters (mm) and represents the distance from the principal point of the lens to the camera sensor. It determines the angle of view and magnification of the image captured by the lens. A shorter focal length means a wider angle of view and less magnification, while a longer focal length results in a narrower angle of view and more magnification. Wide-angle lenses have a shorter focal length, typically 35mm or less. They allow for a wider angle of view and are often used for landscapes, architecture, and interior photography. The shorter focal length means the lens is more convex and has more refraction, causing the image formed on the sensor to be smaller. This effect exaggerates the sense of depth in a photograph, making the

Exploring the Beauty of Underdeveloped Streets in Yongsan-gu, Seoul

As a novice photographer, I'm always on the lookout for unique and interesting places to capture through my lens. When I found myself walking near Sunrin Internet High School in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, I couldn't help but be drawn to the older, underdeveloped streets in the area. While these streets may not have had the modern amenities or polished look of newer areas in Seoul, they had a certain charm and character that I found captivating. There were old-fashioned buildings and storefronts, narrow alleyways, and small parks that all added to the area's unique ambiance. Of course, there was some discomfort in walking through these older streets. Some of the buildings were in disrepair, and the lack of modern conveniences could be challenging at times. However, I also felt a strong emotional connection to these streets. They seemed to hold a piece of Seoul's history and culture that was missing in more modern, developed areas. Through my photography, I was able to capture
