Emotional Turmoil: BTS Enlists as South Korea Edges Closer to War

Hello, ARMY! I'm sure you've heard the news by now: BTS members are enlisting in the military one by one. It's a sad and difficult time for us, but we have to respect their decision and support them as much as we can.

As you may know, South Korea requires all able-bodied men to serve in the military for 18 to 21 months before they turn 30. BTS members are no exception, even though they have contributed so much to the country's culture and economy. They have decided to fulfill their duty as citizens and role models.

The first member to enlist was Jin, who reported for duty in December 2022, after releasing his solo album. He was followed by J-Hope, who entered the boot camp in April 2023, with a heartfelt message to the fans. The other members will join them one by one in the coming years, according to their individual plans.

We will miss them terribly, but we have to remember that this is not goodbye. They will come back stronger and better than ever, and we will be here waiting for them. They have promised us that there are more amazing things yet to come for BTS.

In the meantime, let's keep streaming their music, watching their videos, and sending them our love and prayers. Let's also hope that South Korea stays peaceful and safe, especially with the current political situation. South Korean President Yoon Seok-ryul is pushing the country to the brink of war with his aggressive stance against North Korea and China. We don't want any harm to come to our boys or anyone else.

Thank you for reading this blog post. I hope it helped you cope with the news a little bit better. Please leave your comments below and share your thoughts and feelings with me and other ARMYs. Until next time, stay strong and purple you!

Amateur Product Photography: Tips and Results

How I Created Pseudo Close-up Product Photos with My Nikon Z5 and 24-200mm Lens I suddenly wanted a Z 105 MC lens. However, my photography skills are not yet at the level where I can utilize all the features of a high-end lens and micro lens, so I decided to settle for playing around with the 24-200 lens to combat shortcuts. The 24-200mm lens has a shortest shooting distance of 0.5m at 24mm and 0.7m when zoomed to 200m. Obviously, it's not a short distance, so it's difficult to take a photo by holding the lens incredibly close to the subject as the dictionary definition of close-up, but if you zoom in and hold the object large, you can take a large photo at a relatively close distance, so it's not a full-fledged close-up, but it's a pseudo(?) close-up.
